The team behind Unleashing Flow.

An operations leader who builds the fixes, and a technology veteran who's spent a career matching tools to real problems. Two paths, one job: find where a business is actually broken and fix the system, not the symptom.

One career, one thread.

My career has been one long thread: finding where complex organizations are actually broken and fixing the system, not just the symptom. I've done it at a Pentagon desk in Qatar, running derivatives metrics and fraud operations at Morgan Stanley, inside a national pharma agency, and while building a telehealth division from scratch.

AI is just the newest and most powerful tool I've brought to that same problem.

Most AI consultants will sell you automation. I'll find out if automation is even the right move. My background is operations — Air Force, Morgan Stanley, healthcare systems. I've spent 20 years finding where businesses actually break. AI is the most powerful fix I've ever had access to, but only if you aim it at the right place.

What we bring that most AI consultants don't

Operational Analysis

We don't start with a list of AI tools. We start by mapping your entire value stream end-to-end, finding where work piles up, where customers wait, and where the real constraint lives.

Theory of Constraints

Eli Goldratt proved it decades ago: improving a non-bottleneck doesn't improve the system. We apply this rigorously to AI implementation — we fix the constraint first, not the easy wins.

We Build, Not Just Advise

We're builders, not just strategists. When the diagnostic identifies the constraint, we build the solution ourselves — chatbots, automations, knowledge bases, custom AI systems.

Cross-Industry Pattern Recognition

Military logistics, financial derivatives, healthcare scheduling, brick, metals, mining, steel — between us, we've watched the same bottleneck patterns repeat across more than a dozen industries.

How the Throughput Diagnostic Works

Based on Eli Goldratt's Theory of Constraints — the same framework used by manufacturing leaders worldwide. Applied to AI implementation, it ensures every dollar you spend on AI targets the ONE thing holding your business back.

01

Map the System

Walk through your entire business end-to-end. Not your tech stack — your value stream. From customer discovery to payment and retention.

02

Find the Constraint

Where does work pile up? Where do customers wait? What's the ONE thing that, if it ran twice as fast, would make everything faster?

03

Prescribe the AI

Match the constraint to the right solution. Not enough leads? Prong 1. Operations bottleneck? Prong 2. Team overwhelmed? Prong 3.

04

Deliver the Roadmap

A branded report with the constraint identified, specific AI solution, expected ROI with math you can follow, and what NOT to automate yet.

Elliott's path here

U.S. Air Force

Operations and analytics leadership in high-stakes environments. Built systems that had to work under pressure with zero margin for error.

Morgan Stanley

Trading floor operations — where milliseconds matter and operational efficiency directly translates to revenue.

Healthcare & Pharma

Built a telehealth division from scratch. Navigated compliance-heavy environments where process optimization has to coexist with regulation.

Government

Large-scale operations management in complex bureaucratic systems — finding leverage points where small changes create outsized impact.

Unleashing Flow

All of it converges here. The operational instincts, the analytical rigor, the ability to build — now applied to the most powerful tool we've ever had.

Mac Steele — new technology, new homes.

"I've spent my whole career selling new technology and finding it a new home.

It started at a company that rethought how proxies get tabulated for large institutional investors. That's where I learned the hard part is rarely the technology itself. It's helping people see what it can do for them. From there I moved into inventory control, where we looked at the warehouse through the lens of RFID and showed companies value that was sitting on their shelves the whole time.

Then came close to fifteen years at a manufacturer with over 135 years of history, taking proven technology and pushing it into industries that had never used it. The technology built on brick took us to metals, mining, steel, fly ash, and many more. Different customers, same job every time: take what the technology already does well and put it somewhere new where it creates value.

That thread has never changed. Find a company's real problem, in whatever industry it lives, match it to technology that solves it, and help them pull value out of it.

That's what I'm bringing to Flow."

Mac leads business development and partnerships at Unleashing Flow — he's the one who finds the businesses with the right problems. Elliott builds the solutions.
